The method.
Whether a home is coming back after the fires or simply ready for its next chapter, the work is the same: patient design, honest materials, and nothing decided on the fly.
Shaped around the project
Remodels, additions, and new builds are scoped project by project. Some clients come to the studio for a set of renderings to see a room before committing. Others want every cabinet, tile joint, and fixture drawn, specified, and carried through construction. Most land somewhere between. You choose what the project needs, and the work is shaped around it.
For families rebuilding after the Eaton and Palisades fires, the studio offers three design packages, shaped around the rebuild process in Altadena and the Pacific Palisades. Each is built around one promise: you should never have to make a major kitchen, bath, or finish decision on the fly during construction. Each includes everything in the one before it.
Essentials
For families with a capable builder who want a designer's eye on the decisions that are hardest to undo: layout, materials, and finishes. The work happens virtually, room by room, and you leave with a complete, shoppable plan.
- A kickoff call to set priorities, room budgets, and non-negotiables
- A palette study and a tight family of materials
- Live 3D design sessions, so you see cabinets, counters, and tile before you commit
- Up to two rounds of revisions per room
- A complete Finished Materials List with SKUs, vendors, and quantities
- Shoppable product sheets to review before ordering
- Email and text support throughout
Signature
The complete kitchen and bath engagement. Every cabinet, tile joint, fixture, and outlet decided, drawn, and documented before the first cabinet box arrives.
- Showroom visits to a tile and slab yard and a plumbing and hardware showroom, appointments arranged
- A builder-ready Construction Document set your contractor can install from without guessing
- Cabinet elevations for every kitchen wall and vanity
- Tile layout plans showing every cut, start point, transition, and niche
- Plumbing rough-in and electrical layouts with exact heights and model numbers
- Finish, hardware, and accessory schedules
- A walkthrough with your contractor and a site visit during installation
Full Service
The full Signature process carried across the entire house, so the home reads as one place rather than a set of separately designed rooms.
- Living and dining rooms, bedrooms, entry, hallways, and laundry
- One palette and material language carried from room to room
- Built-in millwork and feature walls: fireplaces, shelving, paneling, stair details
- Direction for furniture, lighting, and window treatments
- Drawings and schedules for every designed room
- Additional showroom and site visits across the build
Structural, architectural, and engineering changes and permit revisions sit outside every package. Not sure which fits? Send your plans and the studio will recommend one.

Tell us about your project →Four movements, in order
We start at the house, or over coffee if it is not built yet. We talk about how you live, what the home should feel like, and what it should quietly do for you every day. From there the studio prepares a scope and a proposal.
Plans, palettes, and the story of the home take shape. We present a single, considered direction: drawings, materials you can hold, and the key pieces of furniture, then refine it with you until it feels right.
The studio works alongside your contractor and architect through construction, reviewing the work as it happens so plaster, stone, and millwork arrive as they were drawn. You get one point of contact and no surprises.
Furniture, textiles, art, and the last layer of objects are placed by hand. We finish the way every project should finish: the doors open, the light comes in, and the house is already yours.
